Conical evergreen with spreading, horizontal sprays of fragrant, dark-green foliage which does not yellow in winter. Slow grower. More narrow than straight species or ‘Techny.’ Prefers moist soils. Intolerant of drought, full shade and exposed windy sites. Provides food and cover for birds.
