Description
Meehania cordata is a mat-forming mint with long, trailing, square stems that run across the ground and root along the way. Heart-shaped foliage, and lilac to pink to purple flowers open to reveal spotted throats. Tolerates full sun as long as soils are kept uniformly moist. Also tolerates full shade. Stoloniferous but not too aggressive. Creeping mint can be easily propagated by stem cutting. Height: 0.25-0.5 ft. Spread: 0.25-1.5 ft.
